WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Our lead time is currently four weeks. If you're in need of a rush order, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you! Please note we are very busy around holidays and this is not always possible!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CUSTOM SIGNS?
Great question! Purchase the sign from our Custom Sign page. We'll email you requesting additional details. Please provide as much detail as possible and we'll send you some design mock ups for approval.
I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THE ONES YOU HAVE LISTED, CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM SIZE?

WHY DOES THE FRAME ON MY SIGN LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE ON YOUR PAGE?
All signs are framed using knotty pine! Each sign is made with care and precision. I hand pick all materials to ensure it is of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of the materials, each sign is unique and will vary (knots, stain colour etc.)
DO YOU MAKE YOUR SIGNS USING A PRINTER?
No! Our signs are made individually with a high quality paint.
ARE YOU IN ANY STORES?
Yes! We're currently in the Maker's Mojo, Local Life on Locke and Copper and Twine
DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
At this point we don't offer wholesale! Each of our pieces are handmade, one by one making wholesale difficult. If you are interested in placing an order of multiple signs, we'll see what we can do!

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States! If you're interested in International shipping, we're happy to try and accommodate you the best that we can. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best!
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We do not guarantee shipping, especially through COVID/Christmas.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! We are located in Burlington, ON Canada. If you're in the area and want to save on shipping, please use the code LOCALPICKUP. After purchase, we'll reach out and coordinate a pick up time!
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
